  1. Afternoon
I have just sold my 1200 Explorer and have a test ride booked for a V4 on Saturday. If I like it and pretty sure I will what deals / offers have people done, how much flexiblilty has your haggling got you?

Are there any must have accessories I need to think about as part of the buying excitment?

  2. When i had my 1st test ride of the v4s i did not really get on with it. But 6 months later i gave it another go and everything clicked. I am now on my 2nd v4 and its by far the best bike i have had. So if you dont get on with it, make sure to book another ride. Also, there are many modes and sub-modes so make sure to have a play, especially the EBC engine braking options

  3. Thanks will keep that in mind. May have to have a play with the set up during the ride (although no idea how long i will get)

Were you able to negotiate any discounts or extras during your purchase?

  4. Welcome. Thread title amended and post moved accordingly.

  5. Welcome into our mad house :)

  6. Hello good evening and welcome. Make sure you get an insulated top box to keep chips and pies warm.

  7. Welcome to the forum. Ducati are currently offering 4.9% apr finance on some Multistrada V4 models. A dealer is more likely to do a deal on accessories (ie heated grips) with fitting, rather than offering a discount. Hope you enjoy the test ride. Andy
