It's truly incredible what these surgeons can achieve these days, tbh I think they are the legends. Hutchie is one incredibly brave lad, to have come back at all after the Silverstone accident was amazing and with 20 odd opps on that leg, incredible.. back in Sheenes days that leg would be no more.. get well soon Hutchie ..
It was done to me by a young guy zooming out of a business onto a road. Pivoting my motorbike using my ankle which caused a pilon fracture & broke my leg. Had a 3-ring external fixation device for four months towards the end of 2013 into 2014. I do the z-manoeuvre or wakey weave now when going past junctions if I feel car drivers are not paying attention when waiting to join road. As the eye picks up side movements quicker than the looming effect of an object approaching them.
