I don't think so - patience. However, it might be because it's been dropped, explain a bit more about that. I'm not in the market for one, but if I was that's what I'd want to know. Alternatively, change the change the footpeg, grind down the hanger and repaint it. Just a suggestion. IMO it's a nice bike for the money, personally I'd have no quibbles with the scrapes and at least you've pointed them out.
