Made the decision to fit Brembo HPK track and race, 320mm diameter, discs and Brembo SC pads for my first outing at Almeria. For me, they worked brilliantly, good feeling and incredible stopping power with only 1 or 2 fingers. Much better than the Brembo M4s and Series ORO discs on the 1098R. By the end of the 3 days, I was confident to brake later on the back straight until I was braking after the marker cone and still felt I could have left just that fraction later and still turn in. Slightly off topic, the V4R track fairing is well worth the extra over something like the CRC, even if you don’t get the wings in the kit. Andy
