It's a shed compared to the lovely photos I see here! But the weather was perfect, and you don't get too many days like that, not too hot, not too cold, just ideal. So headed into Wales yesterday, figuring most people would be going home. And judging by the queues on the A55 westbound, it looked like they were. Then this morning the run down from Llandudno to Betws-y-Coed and Blaenau Ffestiniog, and on to Dolgellau, heading back via Bala. And it still runs so well! Fuelling feels lovely, fuel economy good, no overheating issues in the sun (I'm hoping to have put that one to bed by replacing the rubbish plastic header tank with one of those ridiculously expensive alloy jobs). Done about 70k now. i sometimes wonder how many biking years I have left in me, but I think I can still comfortably manage a couple of hundred miles a day on it still. As long as the sun's shining!
Agree. Those names sound made up... I mean, Blaenau Ffestiniog? Really? How gullible do you think I am?!
