apparently the source of the noise has been discovered..... TurboSpoke: Makes your bike look and sound like a motorbike.
Ho dear, I'm guessing by the lack of response it either a) blow up and killed him b) his turbo spoke fell in his back wheel and threw him off braking his arms so he cant type c) it was his engine and he's left us d) the noise has gone
Vibration still there but has lessened a lot so still riding regardless. Now only appears about 4-5k in revs and if I change gear and then go back, all is well. Better than the random occurrences I was getting, and it was doing it idling. I've had it up to silly speeds and it hasn't gone on me so I figure it'll be ok. Will get it in when I get a chance but winter hasn't properly kicked in and the missus and I use the bike a lot as it's so much cheaper than the car.
Cheaper in fuel and dartford crossing charges than our 1.4 cross that guzzles more fuel than a humvee
Phew your not dead. penmouth: I'm confused though, I drive a 2ltr ford kuga TDCi auto and it uses much less that the muttly. plus diesel is cheaper now to. may be that's what's wrong with ya bike your only running on one injector so using half the fuel ROFL
1.4 petrol corsa automatic. The wife's car. If you're happy doing 40 downhill it provides good mpg. Show it a motorway or slight incline and it does about 30-32. 34mpg is a struggle. I get that on the multi but at least it shifts
Only noxious emissions worse than VW. In fact, maybe VW employees have started lighting them on fire. Maybe that mother on the news that was interviewed, was actually called Michelle von Bruntestein [emoji15]
