Saw this on ebay and thought it seemed a bit too cheap, also being on the other side of the world does not help, what are others thought? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DUCATI-7...211934?hash=item3d6c31dbde:g:qUwAAOSwaMJbRWeR
Welding doesn’t look quality enough. I’ve a pair of brand new 50mm Carbon Termignonis in the loft so I’ll do a comparison. Andy
Not sure. It is my intention reluctantly to part out all my 748R stuff as I need the room with the V4 arriving. Just need to get my head around how best to package what I’ve got. Andy
The same - these are later ones off a 998 I think, marked Ducati E3 on the end cap. I have sourced some period ones without the E3 marking.
I knew it wasn't real when I couldn't see the mrs in the background asking where the feck did that come from? you said you were just nipping out to see a mate !
These are real 50mm Termis but the ones shown above do not look genuine. The welding is very poor and the securing band, by the pipe, is to short. Walk.
Thanks for that RCGBOB44, the welding does look rubbish on the ebay listing, so thats a a pass. Found someone selling a genuine right hand side pipe with the metal sleeve (is it titanium?) https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ducati-T...e=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649 only down side is god knows when i would be able to find a left side on its own. the price is almost too good to pass though.
