Hi all, Is the correct “did” chain for my 13 plate 821sp, It’s just I’ve been quoted £125 plus vat to supply a gold “did” chain so if I can get one cheaper then great but not sure if this is correct??? Thanks all
I run EX ZVX3 on all my bikes. Totally overkill for the Hyper, but that line has the highest tensile strength on the market in each given size. Not cheap, but definitely a case of "you get what you pay for." The 520 ZVX3 has a tensile strength higher than most sealed 525 chains from other brands.
These are the biz, I get 20k miles out of these on my hyp 1100 with hardly any adjustments, 3 or 4, I use ally rear sprocket & std size front. That's cheap in my book. Look after it.
Yep, don't think I've ever adjusted mine after setting it initially... hasnt needed it. FWIW I run a 530 ZVX3 on my turbo Busa... never had a single issue on that either, and it makes 5x the power that my Hyper does.
