  1. But having seen pics of your other bikes, it will be worth it in the end!

  2. Now everything is base coated except the top faring as this just borrowed to try and fit everything.

  8. This morning I sprayed the first layer at the bike this morning and this evening I tested fitting everything and to make new brackets.
I will pick up the cylinder head tomorrow from the workshop now with bigger valves...
Hopefully I will have the seat with new upholstery finished as well.

  13. Far out, some great work there chap!
I did a rebuild, almost to stock, of an 85gsxr750, it took a while but turned out mint, won a prize at classic bike show...
Will post pics if you are interested.
Don't forget to install the airbox before you finish putting engine together! VERY hard to install airbox with engine in frame, don,t ask me how I know..

  14. Hi Laava
I'm think this will be a very nice bike to own and a change as it’s has past long time since I had my last four cylinder bike.
I won’t use the oem filter box, I have opted for purchasing some velocity stacks and BMC filters, most te for the look and sound.
In the pics the bike from a local friend, he isn’t using non filter and it’s sounds great but not to good for the engine

  15. Here comes a stupid story:
My new head light cover arrived today in good condition from UK, my intelligent brother in law fuc.... idi..) picked it up an trove it over my hose fence in front of my garage, then my wife came home and run the car over the packet...[IMG]

To be honest I have to laugh about it just not to pull the hair of my head on other hand impossible as I’m bald-headed...
