What year bike? But anyway....it shows just how silly the airbox design is, doesn't it? On all bike I have owned, it was easy to adjust the carbs etc, with everything in place with the possible exception of the tank (and in many cases even the tank didn't have to come off).... Still, I will only have one difficult screw to get at now.....unless my patent trip meter cable / throttle stop adjuster breaks..... But even the pilot screws are bl**dy awkward to get at.......I have been inventing different length screwdrivers........short shaft, long shaft, short handle etc etc ...... AL.
The big filters won't fit....too big base diameter......100mm max...... ......but at the moment it is all back together as normal.......as per Supersport B*****d Bike topic....... But bl**dy hell.....what a s*d it is getting to that d*mn synch screw.... AL.
