Yeah.... it wouldn't be a surprise if it's just the front end web site & logistics that MdinaItalia are involved with and the actual spares & back end supply etc still in Nigel & Edina's hands.
Nigel’s parts are wonderful. My Shotgun runs reliably and shifts like a good’un thanks to his expertise (and expert fitting / finessing by Mr Ridgely). Long may he etc.
