Hey, I have upgraded my 2007 1098 by fitting a 2009 1198 engine, using a 1098 loom. It runs but not as smooth as it should. So I am looking for a BIN file to upload onto my ECU (using IAW5xWriter and Lonelec cables). Specifically I am need one with the O2 sensor inputs disabled and because I am not using 1198 dash, with the Traction control disabled too. Ideally if someone has a really smooth linear power delivery that would be awesome. I have just standard exhausts etc. Hope someone is able to help, or even just advise which one of these would do the job: GuzziDiag / IAWDiag Thankyou.
So you need a non-‘S’ 1198 map with lambda disabled. The 1198DP/slip on would fit the bill. There may be something to suit here https://ecu-repo.spiro-media.de/Ducati-Tuning/ECU BIN Files/Ducati/848 - 1198/ With an XDF file you can edit any of them using TunerPro.
Thankyou @chrisw, that is a great resource. I have loaded 02_STA5_109B_Ducati1198Slipon_noDTC_noDQS.bin on tonight, just waiting for a dry day now to give her a whirl. So, thankyou. Would you know which model in GuzziDiag to select to reset the TPS to be aligned? Its a long shot I know, but worth asking. Cheers
