My brother lives and works on an island in the Philippines and imported his own bike from the States after making similar enquiries to Otilumn's. We have also seen the ebb and flow of significant UK business in the field of personal import of cars and bikes from other countries when the currencies have made it a viable proposition. It is a shame that we also see many people duped over the internet and it is therefore natural to be on one's guard when faced with something that falls outside one's norm. I doubt Ducati UK would contemplate exporting directly into another national dealer's territory and it would, in all likelihood, be forbidden by their contract with Ducati. UK dealer network Ducati
