Low mileage is totally irrelevant in my opinion. Based on my experience Ducati engines will easily do over 150.000 km without serious issues. They however do suffer from teething issues. Most serious problems happen at relatively low mileage. Personally I would be more comfortable buying a 50k bike than a 5k bike. And especially because this is not really understood by the general public you are more likely to have a great deal.
He’ll love it. Especially, making sports bikes nervous as you hang onto their tails whilst riding in nigh on total comfort.
