I wonder what the charge would be? Perverting the course of justice perhaps or just wilful damage of public property? May be a White line man on an off day (or a good day if he won the lottery) could go and fill them all in. Actually to be fair a reasonable proportion of these cameras are now near accident black spots (or at least in London). It's the safer partnership vans that wonder around nicking people on roads with no deaths or serious accidents. I've seen them on A roads miles from any dwelling or junction (in Wiltshire) just cause they've found a good spot. Can you imagine these in the states? I can imagine (like to imagine) what would happen in the Carolinas. RPG every day....
