    But a taking that onwards - mount it on a very large drone and fly it around his garden, preferably when he has friends around for a BBQ.

  6. wait till hes away then use ladders etc to attach meerkat onto chimney and make sure it has long lasting batteries and a photocell that turns on in the dark.then see how long it takes for him to notice.......I may have carried this out with a plastic owl .

  9. Im thinking maybe a small mariachi outfit complete with oversize guitar? I like th idea of zip-tying it to his chimney too....just a couple of red lights staring at him....maybe theres a telegraph pole opposite his bedroom window I could utilise!
