  1. In this case it would be free would it not ? The dealer promised a spare with the deal so would have to supply one, no ?

  2. I have the key code so they can make me another key. I just want it all to be put right. Now.

  3. If he can't fulfil his legal obligation of supplying the original free V5, or even in the time he's had to apply for a replacement, what chance is there of them supplying a newly cut and programmed key?

It would also need to be written that there was two keys to be supplied or it's just your word against theirs.....and I don't see many sales receipts that say two keys to be supplied.

  4. Anyone have Ducati UK HQ telephone number? The number I found on the net doesnt ring out :/

  5. I've got it, but it's at work. Haha. I'll call in work this morning if u like , and do the hpi and get the number.

  6. Any help you can give me would be much appreciated. However I will be leaving the office in about 20 mins to drive there.

  7. Is it this one you've tried 0845-122 2996?

Decide what you want from them and stick to your guns, be clear and firm with them about what you'll accept to resolve the issues.

  9. Yeah I thought it would be...that was the number from Milton Keynes, but they are now based at silverstone.

The new website doesn't give a number just an online form to fill in.

Here is the address if you can look up the number from it.....but I think it's a secret.

DUCATI UK LTD UNIT 7 TECHNOLOGY PARK, SILVERSTONE CIRCUIT
    SILVERSTONE
    TOWCESTER
    NORTHAMPTONSHIRE
    UNITED KINGDOM

  19. Well I met with Chris and he was very concerned that having helped his old customer out that he'd managed to piss me off in the process. However he immediately got on with the situation of getting a new V5 from the DVLA, and getting a new spare key sorted for me on Saturday. Plus he will sort out the tax disc that flew off when I picked the bike up and he'll sort out future servicing and merchandise as and when.

So far he gets a thumbs up! But I will reserve judgement till its all done and dusted.

  20. Glad it sounds like its sorted out. Fingers crossed its resolved really soon.
