Second that, one of the factors contributing on buying this bike was the dealer and customer service. I was so unhappy after my visits to the BMW and KTM dealers that I couldn't believe that they had hired so incompetent stuff to handle their business. The few times I visited my Ducati shop, even when I had the Monster, they would offer coffee but most important they'd fix whatever didn't seem right on the bikes like chain adjustments, oil refills, etc. and you guessed right, at no extra cost. I'd highly recommend to make clear to those bad dealers b..tches that they exist because of you, and if you feel even slightly unhappy it'll be the last time they saw a dime from you.
