  1. Finally after making guards for everyone else and posting bits out I actually found an hour to fit all my guards to my bike... looks much better.

  3. Since rejecting the faulty white Multistrada S from Ducati Aylesbury back in April, I've bought a much nicer one from up at SMC in Sheffield. Lots of trick bits already fitted and I've fitted quite a few extras myself. I've only done a couple of thousand miles so far, as I use my little Honda 700 for my 650 miles a week commute. Off to Wales at the end of the month and Scotland next year.

First day, York to inverness. Next day inverness to Glasgow. Next day back down south .
Probably only 2 or 3 nights in Scotland, more of a recce than anything .

  7. There's only one Gods country, and it's not the one with mosquitos the size of Dragonflies :)

  9. Only place I know of that's wetter than Wales :)

  10. Depends where you are, and what time of day, weather has changed markedly here in the last few years.

  11. I’d say Scotland would give wales a good run for dampness

  12. But which god? Zeus, must be Greece. Krishna - obviously India. Odin, perhaps Norway. Other deities are available ...

  13. There's only one god, and that's Barry John :)

  14. Nahhhhhhh!.............it was glorious at Knockhill when I was there.........surely you must be mishtaken :)

  15. Don't tell me, it's now known as "the land of the long blue cloud"

  16. However, on the Lower West Coast of the South Island it has an annual rainfall of up to 8 metres.

  17. I'm sure I read somewhere (but I could be wrong) that there's one place in NZ that only gets a few dry days a year ?
Now that is definately wetter than Wales :)
Still love to visit there though, NZ that is :upyeah:

  18. That'll be Fiordland, which is the Lower West Coast of the South Island, still very wet but not as wet as it used to be, it is actually the wind that is missing and most keenly felt. There are no roads in that area tho', so not really any affect to biking.

  19. Just come back from touring around Spain for 15 days
