848 Neutral Light 848

  1. Hi is it normal for the neutral light to flicker on and off when idling and not moving?

  2. Have a wriggle about with the wire coming off it to see if it’s a loose connection causing it.

  4. Hi DRL.
    I've got an issue with the neutral light on my 2011 848 EVO.
    The light is only about half it's normal brightness. I've grounded the switch wire to earth and no change so switch ok. Wiring appears ok but difficult to trace accurately.
    I'm thinking the fault could be in the display itself.
    Any pointers from your experience would be appreciated.

  5. It was on a bike that I was buying ... he sent me a video of it and the light looked like it was flickering but when I went to see it, the light was fine and has been fine ever since so not much help sorry. Have you found the problem yet?

  6. No still investigating. Not affecting the bike in any other way so just an annoyance really.
