Erm...someone down the pub told me about these videos on the internet where they do a pretty good job of it....
Hopefully my radiotherapy should start soon,around 21st July,I've got three weeks of it,and there maybe talks about me having another mastectomy next year,as they can do reconstruction at the same time on both,then at least I'll have a matching pair!! My follow-up appointment didn't yield much information,it was a large tumour...greater risk of it coming back,what didn't help was the doc I saw wasn't the one I usually see,this one was very clinical and she would interrupt me every time I tried to ask a question,felt like knocking her out.I went home feeling like shit.All sorted now,I told the breast care nurses that I didn't want to see her again if it can be helped.Also I had a good old chat with the lead nurse and she went through my results,things now don't seem so negative Just want to get this radiotherapy out of the way so I can start going back to work and living my life again.
There's a little cottage we rent,that's in the middle of nowhere,it'll be our third stay there.We love it Outer Mongolia indeed!!
