Yes, a shame. @green manalishi might still get an alert and respond, depending on his settings and still having use of the registered email address. Quoting their post or mentioning their name (type an @ symbol followed by their username) will fire off an alert if their settings allow. To find out if a user with an old post is still active just click their profile to the left of the post. The resulting pop-up will show, at the bottom, when they last logged onto the forum.
