Having used nhs more than I care to remember in the last 18m, emergency care is good, communication is poor, on ward care great;y fluctuates between extreme good and extreme bad. Well, not bad, just ‘not caring’ and just moving thru the motions. I'm having a scan next week, and a bronconoscopy, and depending on results will probably go bupa. Same with my heart and whatever next for that. Can’t stand any more time in the company of ill 80yr olds
