What is it with politicians opening their mouths before engaging brain Emmanuel Macron says 5 years to rebuild the fire damage It will take time/1 year to get the funds/working plan/artisans together before anything can happen.

Isn’t it a state owned building/ Shouldn’t the French government take the responsibility to fund the repair work? If there isn’t a charity already , I’m sure ones on its way.

It is owned by the French government and that is why it has been underfunded for so many years.
