1200 Oil Under Front Mudguard, Cylinder

Discussion in 'Multistrada' started by Nostromo, Apr 27, 2025.

  1. Hi all, just a sanity check, just got back from a short ride and found oil splattered up the under side of the tail, I inspected the rear cylinder and saw no oil, I then moved to the front cylinder where some oil was present on the bash guard and underside of the front cylinder again could not see anything that would denote a leak after wiping. I finally noticed a lot of oil under the back of the front mudguard, leading me to believe that I had ridden over a patch without knowing, I have popped a cardboard sheet under it and will check if there is anything leaking in the morning. (Fork seals were clean, no oil on the forks)
