Check wiring harness for chaffing. Fuse box for corrosion. Thin insulation on lower harness and crappy fuse box cover.
Thanks all, I viewed the bike this morning and it was pretty decent, but not to my OCD standards. Seemed to have a huge comprehensive pile of paperwork, a few spares with it etc. It had a huge Sony PlayStation sticker on the tank that’s been on for as long as this owner has had it, along with a few others. I worry the colour may be different when removed meaning both side panels and tank would need painting. There were signs of a low speed spill at some point too. All in for what he wanted, I think it’s a decent bike. However I’m after more than a decent bike, I’m after that unicorn . So I’m upping my budget and looking for a one owner super low miles bike if anyone knows of one .
