Apologies if this question has been raised before. I am looking at investing in some "Wets" for trackdays however the standard rear size for the Pani 899 is 180/60 which is not available in Pirelli's or any other manufacturer. Can anybody offer any guidance on this?
Then you can have the track to yourself as most sane people will stay under cover. You can get the honour of being the "fastest" rider in the wet... I expect that some TDOs will have a prize to give you.
Yes, they do 200/60, 190/60 or 160/60. The front is not a problem as 120/70 is well covered. I probably should have posted this under Trackday forum as I’m sure it’s not that difficult a question. Adams response would obviously work, just wanted to know what the option’s were
I was going to say, I was at Tri-Options testing last week and they all have a 190 for the wet, not 180.
OK, I,ve now bought Metzler Raintecs 120/70 and 190/60. Is there anything that needs doing with regards recalibration of Traction Control?
