I can log on using my password. Then I try to change to a new password. The password-changing dialogue box requires the existing password to be inputted before the new password. The problem is, the system refuses to accept the existing password. So - my password is accepted for purposes of logging on, but refused for purposes of changing password. I don't know if this is just me, or everybody.
are you in 'private mode' Pete? - PC or mobile it might think you are a stranger. My login problems earlier in the year were caused by exactly this.
