I know it's an expensive option & one I'd probably never invest in but having had one given by work, I'm not going to throw it back at them. ;-)

Im obviously not doing mine up tight enough, cuz Ive had no probs at all.

 

I vouch for the Clarke electric impact thing, a draper bi hex socket and a 1/2" to 3/4" adapter.
