Before and after aqua blasted parts... All work carried out by myself.. Hex bolts cleaned and polished also.. Satin finish, not lacquer etc indeed no paint or clear coat applied at all, just a secret process I derived years ago now by a lot of trial and a little error, far more time consuming but I try to give the client what he wants..
Looks really good Noods. Aqua blasting huh, I know nothing about it but I can see it's a good finish. I'm sure you'll keep up the good work. Keep it coming, very interesting. What a great project, a great focus. I hope all is well with you and all at Noodles Towers.
Thanks mte, the plan is the long term project will keep my busy little mind concentrated and out of trouble... The Aqua or soda blast system is a method which uses compressed air to deliver a separate media mixed with water through a gun which delivers a soft form of abrasive on the surface of the workpiece.. unlike sandblasting it leaves no media behind as it breaks down and is therefore safe to use on carburettors etc.. x
