Looks deepish won’t come out easy. Looks to deep to force it out from the back without some force. Don’t know if one of these bodywork people who come to you might be able to do something with it?

 

that will need a good PDR person whos well worth the 70 quid youll pay him

 

Looks like it may have stretched the metal so could be difficult to get out completely, I’d get a professional on it.
