It's an interesting theory and a good alternative to the Big Bang, but as with all theories (including Big Bang!) it is still just a theory that fits solves some of the problems but does create others. "God botherers" is an interesting term... Does anyone believe that God ( always assuming that He actually exists ) is particularly bothered by and / or about these people ?
It's folk who are bothered about gods. As opposed to everybody else, who are not bothered about gods at all.
The tiny Lisa pathfinder craft that is designed to hunt for gravitational waves was sitting in a corner of a lab where i work . It is due for launch in 2018 i think.
