  1. Commander Troy is on NCIS now.

  2. the final frontier. ...., to boldly go where no man has gone before.
Nearly right, well may be. The man is here, but spirit may have gone on?

  3. If you think about it,when we were very young Star Trek was way beyond our wildest dreams , what with warp speed, lasers, communicators, video conference screens etc. a half of that is now in our world, and the creators of such programs must be partly responsible for this, quite amazing.

T'Pau was Spock's mother. Last I hear Carol Decker & Co were touring... It was an attempt to lighten the mood with a little humour...

  10. Sorry mate, can't let that go. T'pau officiated at Spock's wedding in the original Star Trek series. She reappeared in Star Trek Enterprise as a leader in the Syrannite movement and was most definitely not Spock's mother who was human. God I'm such a sad git :). Andy

  11. I stand corrected...

  12. I think you must all be thinking of T'Pol (Jolene Blalock as a Vulcan in Star Trek Enterprise)

Yes, I know I'm a nerd - but I'm also a heretic who prefers Babylon 5 to Star Trek....

  13. Is it me, or does El get up really early to read the obituary columns?
