Several years ago, I went to a vehicle recovery compound to get some belongings from my written off car. Looking at some of the damaged vehicles in the compound, the guys there said as many as 80% of the vehicles they recovered after an incident had unroadworthy tyres that were the primary cause for the loss of control of the vehicle. Ha,ha. When I was working my last office was in York Way, half way down the right hand side of Kings Cross station and had to walk back to Euston to catch the train home. Best time was 13 minutes. My sons struggled to keep up the pace.
