That might have been built by my dad's friend Gary from Dartford. He's done a few bikes with a Norton featherbed frame. He's done a couple of Norvins, a Ducati engined one, one with a laverda Jota engine. I think the latest one he had done had a six cylinder Binelli engine in it .
