  4. Sold a house after 3 days on the market. What could possibly go wrong? I might add to this in the future in the reasons to be grumpy thread. :)

  5. Reeeeeeeesult!! I once sold my 2 bedroom flat in 45 minutes for full asking without a viewing! To a chick next door... that was a bizzare day.

  8. lads on holiday, so, fitted a clutch pedal to a fiat panda in less than the book time, result.
    fitted a belt tensioner and idler to a saab, pretty damn quick. result.
    phone hasn't been ringing non stop. result.
    lads are gonna get telt.
    result?

  9. Hyper been off the road for more than 4 months now....engine is nearing completion ive got 2 more (mortgage payments) - of which one to pay tomorrow, to Ducati John then im in the clear. Hopefully will go up to get it during the course of this month. As its been off the road for so long ill be taking my time getting the thing back together, which is therapy in itself....
