  2. Just ordered myself a starter cable system from Exile so hopefully the last of my niggly starter issues will be sorted! And not to mention its home time on a Monday!!!

  4. Our buyer is (allegedly) committed to our house, but his buyers buyer has been prevaricating. Apparently they are back on board. But I’ll believe it when contracts are exchanged/completed.

  19. I've just had another offer on mine 5k higher than the existing offer! Neither have been financially qualified yet so I'll keep it on sale until one of them is proven. :worried:
