  1. I'd agree with the build quality of the newer Shoei's not being as good....I still think the Z-one was the best constructed one i've owned and that only weighed 1350g, but the same thing can be said about all modern manufacturing......

I don't think any modern day Honda has the same build quality, a thing which Honda are renowned for as, my NC30 did which is still going strong and still looks good, I don't think there will be any blades as good as it in 20 years time.

  2. Interesting, strange how they haven't caught on.
One thing I've been wondering about is the availability of a HUD GPS speedo, it's something you can get inside snowboading goggles these days and I think would be very useful on the bike, doing away with the need to look down to check your speed.

  3. I have one of those, but it is on a Toyota Prius LOL

  4. Yesterday I rode about 50 miles with the Reevu and then switched back to my old Shoei for another 50 miles to get a really good comparison. Much to my surprise the Reevu was a fair bit quiter and much better at cutting out draughts. I cant say I noticed the extra weight of the Reevu but maybe on a much longer ride in worse weather I would ? I`ve only ridden the Monster in it so far, not the old Pantah, so I may find it completely different on a bike with a more sporty position but so far I`m very pleased.

  5. But can you see behind you clearly????

  6. Most of the time yes . The only times it is not so good is when the sun is low in the sky ahead of you so when you look up at the mirror you get blineded a bit. How long have you had yours and crucially, would you get another?

  7. Had mine 4 years, don't wear it so much these days, would buy another, but was waiting for their next development.
