Very sad news.

 

An icon from my youth. RIP.

 

A legend in just 12 episodes, his memory is going to be with us for decades yet.

 

I'll just leave my avatar here in hommage......hope someone is looking after the Siberian Hamster....

 

About time the Beeb showed the full series again.

 

Under EU regulations, they cannot do that.

Another huge influence from my youth has gone. RIP, Greg.

 

Also early King Crimson.

 

One of my fave ELP tracks from 1st album. The phased synth part towards the end needs to be heard in stereo.

 

Lake wrote Lucky Man when he was 12. That's what he told the audience when I went to see ELP one time.
