    OK not trying to stir a hornets nest here but why do track/race rubber manufacturers specify cold temps then? I was just looking at the Dunlops Royalwithcream mentioned and their chart ties in pretty much exactly with what I was told by NotSteph ie Cold pressure, pressure immediately off the warmers, and again after they've been used for a few laps:
