Selling Car Via Car Wow

  1. Valuations differ day by day, seems to be whether your car is attractive to them or not on the day, if they’ve had 100 Golfs in one day then they probably insult you on a valuation. My son used Motorway, gave an honest description, uploaded all the photos, accepted an offer and a guy travelled 100 miles to pick it up. Took one look at it and said no thanks it’s had a smart repair, and walked off. Show me a 10 year old car that hasn’t had a smart repair.

  2. Ive used WBAC and Motorway.

My knackered Smart car limped into WBAC and they loved it, gave me £900 for a car that struggled to make it to the WBAC branch, it was totally fubared.

sold another through motorway, fantastic transaction and they paid far more than offered by WBAC.

  3. as usual, the long and short of it is that (like insurance and everything else) there is no one obvious better option. I've had great experiences with WBAC and Motorway but also shit offers so you just have to get quotes from all of them everytime

  4. Another for Motorway.

Sold MrsGC’s car through them, got a good price, very smooth process and the money was in the bank before the car left the drive.
