I think this is the line in the ruling that Rossi and his lawyers can/will be picking apart to have the penalty points removed as they can argue yes he did run MM offline but that was not the cause of MM crashing out of the race. The cause was MM turning into Rossi, quite sharply, after Rossi had looked away and gone to carry on back to the normal line. If the replays and data support this then all Rossi can be blamed for is running MM wide which I think has already been said isn't a punishable offence, no matter how unsporting.

  20. I agree. i think the neutral fans of bike racing in general have been debating this topic with intellignet reason and argument. Some on the side of Rossi, some not.

    However the Rossi fan boys haven't changed their tune at all. he can do no wrong in their eyes. They will remain loyal and keep buying the T-Shirts and caps.
