I think in the car world...VW etc, you can ask a dealer to print out service history for a vehicle of their manufacture. Is this the same for Ducati?
Service records are only kept by the servicing dealer, not centrally. If you know who carried out the service, you should be able to confirm what work was carried out. Not sure if they will give you a copy of a receipt paid for by someone else. Andy
