Modified the linkpipe for the new exhaust to fit the gsxr750 project, nice snug fit now Sounds pretty good too
Changed and balanced the rear tyre on the 999, cleaned it and gave it the once over so it's ready for a day trip tomorrow. oh and mended a sole on one of my bike boots...again Ps: anyone have a good technique for removing tyres?..I use the abba bead breaker and a couple of tyre irons...it always seems like a hell of a lot of effort. I have a great mounting technique with zip ties that is super fast...but could do with easier removals.
The new tail bag works great. Held on secure, good to access and fits everything in one bag being 10L. Tool kit, tire inflator and my litelok x3. Haven't tested the waterproofing but its made out of the same material as the other northcore bag i have, which held up great in heavy rain during a recent trip.
