  2. PTSD, not sound of mind, mitigating circumstances, what he did was wrong no doubt, however like any illness it can affect people differently, some murderers go to secure hospital some go to prison there is a reason, just think it's plain wrong the fella has served time his career is in tatters, let him go and rebuild, no hero status far from it.

  3. Well ok fine. But do you think for one moment that the out of touch liberal elite fuckers would have accepted anything other than a guilty plea? No chance. Sgt. Blackman was going down. And the lefty liberal elite were going to see to that come what may.

  4. Come again? There wasn't a guilty plea. The plea was not guilty. That's why there was a trial.

  6. If you cannot grasp the difference between a plea and a verdict, your views on other aspects of the case may be found less than persuasive.

  7. People suffering too much exposure to the workings of the legal profession become terribly literal. They see things in a very narrow fashion.

Everything is acutely defined but there is no broad understanding of anything. It's a form of autism.

  10. i am a bit surprised that the two brain cells which you exhibit allow you to remember that far back..

  11. TBH your statement I think was right. He was already guilty to them so regardless of how he pleaded, they'd only accept a 'guilty ' plea. Which he didn't oblige with :)
