Well, ironically I do suffer from a bad back.... Literally every day, felt like I had broken ribs at the end of the session but fine this morning... I usually exercise every day and I was going to last night before we went... Lucky I didn't as at the end I was sweating cobs! Especially after constantly trying to get out of the foam pit.... That was hard...
Nope.... Like trying to get out of quicksand...and ill add to that...I found that the easiest way to get out was to roll out like a beached whale....
Nothing broke, I've only run the engine till it hit 40deg and turned off again. it was only slightly out, set the tension at the wrong TDC, the cams were all in the right place. Fall out is taking it all apart again.
I've had a fairly easy day so far thankfully, seeing as I was awake at 2.18am this morning :confuse: I will be climbing this evening too Which is nice
This one Ps - That's me climbing when I was involved in an Everest Challenge at the end of last month
Mine and daughters Birthday today - she got a new push bike - I am still waiting to hear about my 1098S Tricolore
@mervyn It's a 21.4m Lead Wall slab, vertical and overhanging with routes up to 8a+. I can do up to 6a+/6b routes relatively comfortably. Anything more difficult and I struggle. I have been known to do up to 6b+ and 6c (on the very odd occasion) but being a short arse doesn't help when you need to be gymnastic but I have managed (after a fashion). Last time I did it some of the guys I was with said I ran up it. But I did it quickly on purpose (and without thinking) so my arms didn't ache too much
