I've also gone with this idea of dropping the forks through the yokes by 4mm in order to steady up the front end... it allegedly works, according to Father Jack...
I have ford memories of my childhood riding on the back of my dads Panther, then he put a sidecar on it, I much preferred riding pillion than sitting in the sidecar.
When I was sixteen (1970) most of the used Brit 500 to 650 bikes - A10's, Ariels, Triumphs etc. could be had for about forty quid each, but a Panther would cost you a whopping great fifty quid. Even sixty in some cases.
Just a couple of years younger than me then, I remember selling my Triton for £80 in about 1970.

Just finished setting up my nest cam looking at the shed and garage rear door.

New rubber fitted then over to Cheltenham mini to see if they can check out Mrs Bs mini as to why the aircon is totally dead. Been like that a year since I used it, but she never does these things....

Just the standard Nest outdoor cam and the Nest app on my phone and P.C.
It notifies me of any movement and I can listen in and talk live through the camera.
