  17. Well I was going to go to Sheffield today but it seems that the whole of West Yorkshire and South Yorkshire’s road transport infrastructure is under water this morning.

    And I don’t own a jet ski. :(

  19. Wednesday evening I had the dreaded call that my girl had been in an accident (passenger) but she was ok
    Went to get her both of them shook up but ok
    Get home and she says her collar bone is hurting and off we go to A&E
    She has a bruised collar bone
    After 3 hours of waiting

    Thursday 2am we have no water major pipe has burst and not expected to be back on till last night
    Up at 7.30 buying water and taking a stressed teenager to her granny to get ready for college (granny had water)

    Water back on around 7 last night

    Can’t wait to have a shower :D
