  2. Good point about cleaning stuff quickly. Don’t scald yourself.

  3. When I was not used to the thing I instinctively went to rinse my hands under it - realised just before I turned the tap :bucktooth:

  4. The new ones have a strong spring loaded tap to turn on so you can’t just turn it on and scald yourself

  6. Just received a phone call from my mate in Adelaide/ Australia and had a chat for a hour plus on life etc,No fire issues there or Queensland where he spent the festive season, but could smell smoke but that was probably from the beach barbecue.;)
He has just purchased a motorhome for touring Aust when the fires dampen down this year.................hmmm food for thought for me.

  7. Car serviced and hair cut this morning. The car got a full valet for free and I no longer get mistaken for (the original) Worzel Gummidge :D Awful weather outside so having a sofa day. Andy

  8. Nice four hour ride out, around Gramat, Sarlat and back roads home. Thought I was bit mad at 3.5degress in one place early doors. But a bit smug later when the temperature briefly hit 15degrees! Heated waistcoat stayed in the tobox.
