  2. So today my dick turned a horrible shade of orange and I thought it might be something to do with the Corona Virus, so I called 111.

“What have you been doing all day during lockdown?” The nurse asked.

“Well nothing much.” I replied. “Mainly just sitting around, watching some porn and eating Wotsits.”

  4. Just been out with dogs and spotted this little fellow. Absolutely no traffic about so less chance of getting squashed this year.

  8. In the end yesterday (as it is now) turned out to be a pretty good day.

As previously mentioned we got a call to say ‘don’t come to hospital’ so that was a result. Which meant I was at home for the Toolstation delivery. Which meant I could spend most of the day in the loft finishing plumbing in the new en-suite shower. Being in the loft wasn’t so good but getting it done was.

Then we went for a walk. Loads of people walking running and cycling along the towpath next to the Thames. We’d anticipated this and checked the tide was out and climbed over the railing and descended to walk along the riverbed. Total social distancing, so that was good.

The Mrs. announced that while I was in the loft she’d been sniffing perfume, bleach and anything else that she could get her hands on :astonished: but couldn’t smell or taste a thing :poop:...She’s had a couple of days of nasal congestion and a day or so of fatigue but other than that she was brand new! So when we got back I poured two stiff gin and tonics, strictly for the quinine of course and decided if that’s it...that’s good too.

    If I suddenly stop posting, you’ll know what’s happened.o_O:mask::bucktooth:

After WhatsApping friends and relies I went out to the garage and for the first time in a fortnight I took the cover off the Multistrada and just sat on it............and all was good in the world.

  10. Chiz, I can’t see what you posted, nothing came up.

  11. thats probably for the best! hmmm, dont know what happened there.. wasnt saying much mate, just what are you doing up so late? or have you got up early?

  12. Ah, yes, buried in my post. Yes I am up late/early. Then again, so are you.

I have phases when I wake up at night. I’m seriously wondering if it’s to do with phases of the moon.
I sleep like a log for a couple of weeks then I wake up at night for a couple of weeks.

So I read or write rubbish on here that people either don’t want to read or keeps them entertained.
Then I go back to sleep and have trouble opening my eyes at 7 or 8 am.

    Funny old world innit.

  15. I've to say Dawn Chorus was particularly good this morning, possibly oversubcribed with new band members in celebration of mankind being placed back into his box.

  16. Hahaa. I think I’ll fire it up today and make some proper noise.

Just hearing the engine running will make me feel good. Let’s hope the neighbours feel good too.

  19. If your out too early in morning and unfortunately end up coming off in a field, there won't be any ambulance crews around for rescue......food for thought for the coming days.

  20. Who am I to be telling others what to do?

I completely understand and I’m glad you enjoyed it and it was ‘event free’.

I wish the government would extend the lockdown rules to allow motorcyclists one ride out per week on the grounds that it’s good for our mental wellbeing. After all it is still self isolating. We’d all be happy and El T. wouldn’t have anywhere near as much bitching to referee. :upyeah::)
